Newly Licensed RN Requirements
- Be hired as a Des Peres Hospital employee
- Complete a residency application
- Current MO RN license (graduate nurses will be considered)
- Less than one year of experience
GN Requirements
- Current transcript
- 3.0 GPA or higher in nursing curriculum is preferred (additional documentation to support a GPA of less than 3.0 will be required)
- Completion of NCLEX Review prior to class start date
- Commitment to complet the NCLEX within 45 days of graduation
- School of nursing exit test score or NCLEX-RN readiness exam
- Completed Des Peres Hospital Versant RN Residency application (including career and educational goals)
- Two letters of recommendation from clinical instructors
