Newly Licensed RN Requirements

• Be hired as a Des Peres Hospital employee
• Complete a residency application
• Current MO RN license (graduate nurses will be considered)
• Less than one year of experience
  

GN Requirements

• Current transcript
• 3.0 GPA or higher in nursing curriculum is preferred (additional documentation to support a GPA of less than 3.0 will be required)
• Completion of NCLEX Review prior to class start date
• Commitment to complet the NCLEX within 45 days of graduation
• School of nursing exit test score or NCLEX-RN readiness exam
• Completed Des Peres Hospital Versant RN Residency application (including career and educational goals)
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical instructors
